Soul Searching

Soul, first used by philosopher William James in 1900 in reference to inner music, this usage was later adopted to convey positive aspects of the black experience in America.

Search, from the Greek Kirkos, from which circle and circus are also derived.

Soul Searching is a graphic novel that tells the intimate story of Bajan computer scientist Alan Emtage, the inventor of the Internet search engine.
